StreetCredRx is a credentialing platform for pharmacy: it manages the licences, documents and payer enrollments that determine whether a pharmacist can bill an insurer. CodigoDelSur built the platform, covering pharmacist onboarding, document management and payer enrollment tracking.
Before a pharmacist can bill an insurer, they have to be credentialed with it: licences verified, documents collected, applications submitted, expiries tracked, and the whole thing repeated per payer and renewed on a schedule nobody controls. Miss one expiry and claims stop being paid, usually without an obvious warning. The work is high-volume and almost entirely documentary, which is why it lives in spreadsheets and why the failures are silent until expensive.
CodigoDelSur built the credentialing platform on a current web stack: pharmacist onboarding with structured intake of licences and credentials, document management with versions and expiry dates attached to each record, and payer enrollment tracking that shows where every application stands with every insurer. The point of the product is visibility on a deadline, so the data model was built around expiry and status first. Stack: Next.js, Supabase, React, web.
A credentialing platform was delivered bringing pharmacist onboarding, document management and payer enrollment into one system. Expiry and status tracking replaced spreadsheet-based credential management, which is where the silent failures in this process usually come from.
