Founded in late 2016, Litify’s mission is to empower the legal community to deliver optimal outcomes for their clients with the leading practice management platform for law firms of every type. This singular platform streamlines and automates task management, document generation, matter management, client communications, and more, while providing data-driven insights that help law firms scale and increase their bottom line.
Litify team came to us with a concept for a one-stop platform for law firms. They were backed by Morgan & Morgan, a renowned law firm based in Miami, FL. The project was very ambitious from the start, beginning with an initial MVP for referrals, one of the many modules the founding team had in mind.
We assigned a team of 4 Ruby on Rails developers, working closely with Litify's Product Owner who not only had a clear vision of the product they wanted for the MPV, but also a high understanding of how the Lean Startup approach works, which made everyone’s work a lot easier. At one point during the development process Litify decided that, due to business reasons, the product should be integrated into the Salesforce platform.
Four months after the start of our collaboration, a one-of-a-kind MVP for case referrals was up and running. This gave the whole project validation from the client’s side, which allowed us to continue working on the remaining modules for the next couple of years. We built a robust suite of products that serve most of a law firm’s needs, from case management to case referrals and call centers.
