Staffing Future is a recruiting technology vendor for staffing agencies. Its portal embeds directly into an agency's Bullhorn applicant tracking system, so recruiters can screen and grade resumes and candidates can apply and submit through a portal carrying the agency's own brand. CodigoDelSur has worked on the platform since 2020, when it was still 3DIQ, the company Staffing Future later acquired.
Every agency using the portal needed it in its own branding, and the portal had to reach deep into Bullhorn, across jobs, candidates, submissions, tearsheets and client contacts, which Bullhorn does not natively support. Then a large new customer arrived with far more data than the platform had handled: calls started hitting Bullhorn's rate limits and pages slowed down. A separate customer in the EU was losing time to the distance to the servers.
CodigoDelSur was brought in for small improvements and stayed on as the platform grew. The team made the portal fully white-label, moved data syncing to scheduled backend jobs, and batched calls to Bullhorn so requests stopped hitting rate limits. A separate deployment was stood up on EU servers for the European customer, and an OpenAI integration was added so recruiters get help drafting candidate resumes and job details. The portal now runs white-labelled for every agency on it, stays in sync with Bullhorn without hitting rate limits, and serves European customers from European infrastructure. Angular moved from version 8 and Node from version 10 to current releases, so the platform is on supported software again. Staffing Future has asked CodigoDelSur to grow the team more than once since 2020, and the engagement is still running.
