Leadpages is a leading lead-generation and marketing platform that helps businesses create high-converting landing pages and websites without heavy engineering involvement. Its tools empower teams to grow email lists, improve conversion rates, and launch marketing initiatives quickly through a flexible, web-based platform.
Leadpages needed to complete a major website reskin that had been left unfinished by a previous development team. The project also required migrating the site’s content infrastructure from Sanity v2 to Sanity v3, all while working within a legacy codebase. They were looking for a partner that could step in fast, adapt to an existing system, and deliver high-quality results without slowing down internal teams.
We took ownership of the reskin and CMS migration, fully implementing the new designs and upgrading critical sections of the site, including resources, blogs, comparison pages, and guides, to Sanity v3. Our team navigated legacy constraints, proposed technical improvements, and collaborated closely with the client’s team, providing both execution power and architectural support.
In just two months, CodigoDelSur delivered a large portion of the reskin, moving approximately 50% faster than the previous developers. The site advanced significantly toward lunch, legacy issues were addressed, and productivity per hour increased substantially. The success of the engagement led to an ongoing collaboration.
