TenFore Golf is an all-in-one management platform for single and multi-course golf operators, founded in 2015 and built entirely in-house. It brings the tee sheet, point of sale, payment processing, online booking, branded mobile apps, self-service kiosks and reporting onto one system instead of stitching together third-party tools. CodigoDelSur worked on its mobile product suite: the employee app, the customer-facing app and the self-service kiosk.
The platform runs the daily operations of golf courses and clubs, so its tools have to keep working while they are being changed. A course takes bookings, rings up the pro shop and serves the restaurant every hour it is open, and a broken release is a closed register. TenFore needed its mobile products maintained and modernised without interrupting that, and needed its Android work to stop being tied to a single platform.
CodigoDelSur joined as an embedded product partner, expected to take ownership of the mobile suite and propose improvements rather than execute tickets. The team modernised the existing products and moved Android-only work toward a shared codebase using Kotlin Multiplatform, so the business logic behind each feature is written once instead of twice. Three mobile products were modernised across the flows that carry the business: booking, payments, course management and the pro shop. Birdie, the employee app CodigoDelSur worked on, is published on Google Play and still in service for cart staff, restaurant servers and managers. With the business logic in a shared Kotlin Multiplatform module, adding a second platform no longer means writing the product twice.
