Ginger & Tommy, a couple from Birmingham, AL, created Wyndy to solve the problems parents like themselves faced when looking for trustworthy and reliable sitters for their young children. At present, more than 18,000 families rely on Wyndy to find and book top babysitters.
With a tight deadline of 3 months, Wyndy's team needed a rapid yet neat MVP in order to go live.
We assembled a top team team in a record time, bringing back-end, front-end, and design in less than 1 week. The project manager pushed very hard in order to stay on track with a streamlined project plan, focusing on the important features and leaving the vanilla cosmetics for a later stage.
We were able to deliver a high-quality MVP meeting the customer's strict deadline. The app was published to the app store almost immediately, in order for Wyndy to start gaining their first users and get feedback from their different stakeholders. We later transitioned development to their own internal team, so that they could continue to build and implement new features. Two years later, we can proudly say Wyndy remains healthy and strong, with well over 18,000 families that use the platform to hire top babysitters.
