Childcare is the marketplace category with the least tolerance for friction and the least tolerance for error at the same time. A parent books at short notice, often the same evening, and needs to be confident about who is turning up. The sitter is a student with a phone and gaps between classes. So the product has to do the ordinary work of matching, scheduling and payment while carrying a trust burden most marketplaces do not.
CodigoDelSur built the marketplace in React Native, shipping iOS and Android from a single codebase and delivering it in four months. The product covers the full loop: sitter discovery and matching against a parent's requirements, booking and scheduling, and payment handled in-app so that neither side has to deal with cash at the end of an evening.
